Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Owned Brands Assist Associate Marketing Manager in the marketing of fragrance brands that Revlon owns. Participate in twice per month meetings with Global Marketing teams. Aggregate agenda items, take meeting notes, and share recaps with global and US teams. Manage Creative Request process for Walgreens Puerto Rico for all Elizabeth Arden and Fragrance brands. Interact with U.S. Fragrance Marketing team in the implementation of marketing, NPD and promotional programs to satisfy all sales needs (artwork and fact sheets) Assist in the seasonal execution of promotional programs/giftsets for 3 channels of distribution (interact with U.S. Mass Sales and Fragrance Marketing team. Creative Requests: ensure requests are feasible, enter request in Agile, coordinate and lead weekly meetings with Red House to review, follow up accordingly with relevant stakeholders to ensure artwork is delivered to accounts on time. Distributed Brands Support Assistant/Associate Marketing Manager in the marketing of fragrance brands distributed by Revlon. This includes gathering and maintaining information and samples needed for NPD and promotional offerings. Brand setup (JDE) & item number setup (PPRs): draft, receive authorization, distribute, revise information as needed Sell Sheets: complete, distribute, post on portal, revise as needed Fact Sheets: complete, distribute, post on portal, revise as needed, discuss at operations meetings Regular interaction with Red House to provide artwork gathered from manufacturers and coordinate photography of basic product and gift sets. Review Creative Requests and as needed send for approval to Manufacturers for approvals. Participate in promotional programs execution meetings twice per month, record notes and follow up needed to deliver on time and on budget programs. Additional Shared Responsibilities Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations (including business review and retailer presentations) Obtain brand samples and distribute as needed for sales/presentation needs Coordinate mass holiday gift set comp project for owned and distributed brands: handle brand specific orders by coordinating with Distributed Partners, U.S. Marketing, Global Marketing and Comp Vendor, place orders, ensure delivery to Sales and Customers Register new Mass items with Nielsen so that retail sales are captured Assist Vice President Fragrance Brands in the maintenance of a 3-year all channel innovation calendar; remain abreast of STT and forecast due date changes and reflect on calendar accordingly Update US Bill including Adds/Deletes, Innovation Calendar, innovation decks and factsheets, etc. Issue nonstock POs for mass business, work with Vendor Maintenance to set up new vendors, and ensure vendors receive POs for billing purposes Monitor key retailer websites for innovation and key SKUs Store visits to asses product visibility and in-store merchandising displays/competitive shopping, upon return to the office Skills and Competencies : 0-2 years of relevant experience A passion for the beauty category Excellent computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Excel proficiency should include experience with formulas and pivot tables. Excellent communication skills essential (strong written, verbal and presentation skills) Excellent interpersonal skills & team player Adept in time management, execution, and strong follow-up orientation Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously with high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Project management skills Ability to work independently Financial orientation and analytical skills Strong drive to learn and grow Education: Bachelor s Degree required; major in Marketing or Business preferred Travel Required: 0-25% #LI-KD1
