Today, Amplify serves five million students in all 50 states.The Field Marketing Manager, Southeast and South Central, is responsible for supporting the sales team in the Southeast and South Central regions of the United States, providing the messaging, marketing collateral, sales materials, and events management needed to achieve the team's sales revenue targets.Responsibilities of the Field Marketing Manager: Manage the execution and positioning of sales support deliverables, including regional sales collateral, local marketing campaigns, and other special projects directly supporting the Southeast and South Central regionsAnalyze each region to assess needs/gaps and develop materials to fill in the gaps and proactively support the sales forceStay abreast of regional nuances, requirements, and developments, included but not limited to adoptions, RFPs, and policy changesBuild and foster a strong relationship with the sales team across the regions; maintain frequent communication to determine needs and most appropriate use of resourcesCollaborate closely with Product Marketing to customize national marketing materials, as well as provide ongoing input from the fieldFacilitate responses to district questions and rubric completion Basic Qualifications of the Field Marketing Manager: Bachelor's degree3 years experience in sales 3 years experience in marketing2 years experience managing complex projectsExperience developing and executing campaigns that drive sales Preferred Qualifications of the Field Marketing Manager: Ability to work with copywriting, design, production and digital/print marketing teamsAbility to work independently and effectively collaborate across teamsExperience overseeing direct mail initiativesStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
